Anyang Jinhui Environmental Factory covers an area of ​​2 hectares and has multiple intelligent production workshops. Lime production line uses solar power generation technology as production kinetic energy throughout the process and produces 1,000 tons of lime products per day. The factory is equipped with efficient dust collection and purification devices, which greatly reduces pollutant emissions during the production process. The factory has its own CNAS-certified laboratory, equipped with professional equipment such as laser particle size analyzers, calcium activity testers, and specific surface area testers. It conducts three-level quality control on raw materials, production, and finished products, implements one-hour one-test, and one-cargo one-test test standards, strictly controls product quality, and the annual product factory qualified rate exceeds 99.8%.
